What this is

A local-first clipboard and screenshot manager for Mac that keeps a searchable visual history of everything you copy, tagged by source app and time.

Our one-line summary — not the founder’s tagline.

How it works
A local-first clipboard and screenshot manager for Mac that keeps a searchable visual history of everything copied, tagged by source app and time, accessible from a menu-bar dropdown. Colors show as live swatches, screenshots are searchable by the text inside them, and sensitive items like passwords are detected and skipped.
What's different
Fully offline with nothing synced to a server, versus clipboard tools that rely on cloud sync.
Pricing
One-time purchase with lifetime updates, no subscription.
Best for
Mac users who want quick access to clipboard and screenshot history without cloud storage.

Hype can't move this line. Only verifiable outcomes do.

Will it still be moving in 4 weeks?

No money. No seat. It doesn't move the price. It goes on your record — and in 28 days reality settles it.

The story

Productivity. Launched 1d ago on PeerPush, where it placed #141. Today, it's live, but nothing on the site has changed since we started watching. It's anchored at 60 pts.

Why 60 points?REALITY PRICE

It placed #141 on PeerPush with 3 votes.

Backing it does not move the price.

No matter how much money goes in. There is no pump here — you can't make yourself right by buying more. The line only moves on things that actually happened: an award, revenue that grew, a new platform, code that shipped — or silence.

Quiet for 1 day — no penalty yet. Bleeding begins on day 7.

We fetch this site every day and hash what's on it. A founder can post “still working on it” — but if they actually shipped, the page changes. That's the only claim we price: evidence, not announcements. The real question isn't “will this be huge?” — it's “will they still be moving in four weeks?”

Repriced every day, no cliffs. A launch that goes quiet bleeds a little at a time, so there's never a drop you could have run from the night before.

How the launch is moving on its own board, day by day. This is the crowd's attention — it does not move the reality price. Only verifiable outcomes do.
A flat line is normal: votes stop within a day or two of launch, on every board. What's unusual — and what actually counts — is a launch that keeps pulling votes long after its day is over.

About

Villson is a local-first clipboard and screenshot manager for macOS. The problem: useful things you copy all day — text, links, images, code, colors, screenshots — vanish the moment you copy the next thing, and digging them back out wastes time. Villson keeps everything you copy in a beautiful, searchable visual history that slides down from your menu-bar notch, tagged by the app it came from and when you copied it. Colors show as live swatches, screenshots are searchable by the text inside them, and sensitive items like passwords are detected and skipped. Paste recent clips with Cmd+1-9, drag files in straight from Finder, and organize clips into custom categories like Inbox, Colors, and Code. It's fully offline and private — nothing is synced to a server — and it's a one-time purchase with lifetime updates.

PeerPush3sets the price

The board it did best on sets the price. Every other board only adds to it if the launch also placed high on that board too — because just showing up somewhere isn't an achievement. Listing on twelve directories is free; placing well on them isn't.
