How fading works
A launch fades when it stops producing anything verifiable: no new appearances, no shipping, no revenue signal. At 7 quiet days it starts bleeding and gets a FADING badge. At 28 quiet days it is stamped FADED. There is no cliff — the decay is daily, so there is nothing to front-run. It is also reversible: ship something real and the streak resets, the stamp is cleared, and the launch comes back.
